Based upon your Tally serial number, I have found that your are legible for free upgrade to Release 3.0
It is very easy to install the new release.
TDL may be an issue but again it depends on which code your developer had used for e.g. if TDL are too old, than may not work as lot of TDL definiation has been changed in recent time.
You may contact your developer in this regard. Generally TDL Developer upgrade the system free of cost within their stipulated time.
For logo printing TDL you have not to worry as in Release 3.0 Logo printing option is available for free. and setting up logo in Tally.erp 9 Release 3.0 is very easy
