How to create a Company in tally.erp 9?

After you download the free educational software tally.erp for learning purpose, first of all you need to create a new company in tally. Until and unless you create a company in tally, you can’t do anything with the tally.erp 9 software.
Have you ever try to create a New Company ? If not then let’s try to create a new company on Tally.
