How to create a Company in tally.erp 9?

Update ((11th April, 2010): Since downloading from rapid share is now no more available for free, please read my latest post on step by step company creation in tally . In this latest article, There is a complete screen shots for explaining every field for company creation in tally.erp 9

After you download the free educational software tally.erp for learning purpose, first of all you need to create a new company in tally. Until and unless you create a company in tally, you can’t do anything with the tally.erp 9 software.

Have you ever try to create a New Company ? If not then let’s try to create a new company on Tally.

I have created a screen shot on entire process on how to create a company in Tally (it is same in any version except some minor changes)

Just down load the entire file from the link and try to create a company on your own and let me know if you face any difficulty.
