Please be assure that there is NO SHORT CUT in life for getting knowledge and those who wanted to learn something they have to work hard. They have to study a lot. If some one is looking for something that he may learn tally or accounting within a day one or two then it is only a dream.

For learning Tally.erp 9, you don’t need a licenses version of tally. You can use educational version of tally which you can download from previous post of this blog. You can post entries on your own. If you wish so, you can send me an email about your entries in the Tally.erp 9 and I will check the same.

Dear Sir,
In the TDL code I would like to fetch the first AliasName of the ledger name.
I am trying to print the barcode label with supplier code.
In a purchase invoice the barcode prints fine.
i want print the item barcode along with supplier code.
But the supplier code is the alias name of that supplier ledger.
So how can I fetch the first Alias name of that supplier ledger.
I can get the supplier name from this system variable($PartyLedgerName)

Welcome on board. Its nice to meet you and your site is awesome.
regarding your query, I am sorry as right now I am extremely busy in different projects. So, I can't look into the matter. Sometimes ago, There was a free tdl available on Tally's site which is not available. I will try to find out the same for you. I believe that tdl was related to Bar code and it was fetching the item AliasName so it might be useful to fetch partyName also.

i am not working in tally erp but i am working on tally 9 and this is on my friends computer so i don't know his tallys serial number.

Tally Serial number is always available on the main menu of Tally.erp 9 screen. even if it is your or friends computer.
Alternatively you may your friend's TSP if the software is a genuine one
Else please forget it. We help only genuine user of Tally.erp 9

Go to Sales ledger/sales register.
F12,Filter out as per your requirement and you will get it

Go to google and search for this area. www.epfindia.com you will find all about PF and the method of calculation as well as entire procedure of Provident Fund.
Other site which can guide you on P.F is citehr.com
for service tax, search for excise/customs site of Govt. of India.
First understand basic provision of an ACT,
Unless and until you spent time to learn basic provisions of any ACt, you will always face confusion and no one can help you.
